• All prices listed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (unless stated otherwise).

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

• We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of incorrect pricing, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

• Please note that all customized, engraved, or custom orders require full advance payment and cannot be returned or exchanged, as these pieces are specially made for you.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We aim to deliver all orders within 3–7 business days across Pakistan.

• Delivery times may vary based on your location and courier service.

• Kotka Leather is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Customized or personalized products are non-returnable.
